Kevin Curtis, President of CG Operating, Inc. has been in the oil and gas industry for nearly 30 years. He began his career working on a supply boat in the Gulf of Mexico moving on to navigating seismic vessels for several years that were contracted out to majors exploring both shallow and deep water targets. Subsequently, his tenure with small exploration companies included both exploration and operational responsibilities. He served as president of a securities firm that employed over fifty registered representatives in four states underwriting oil and gas projects. In the past 14 years, he returned to exploration and operations for CG Operating and two previous employers as an explorationist. Mr. Curtis attended Mountain View Junior College in Dallas and the University of Texas in Austin from 1977 to 1982.
Lisa Gourley, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CG Operating, Inc, attended the University of Texas at Austin and has been in the oil and gas industry for over twenty (20) years. She began at KP Exploration, Inc. in Houston and went on to manage 2 small exploration companies in Austin prior to forming CG Operating. Her fields of expertise include financial, regulatory, land and legal aspects of the industry.
